The home is located in a great and friendly neighborhood of South Bend, very close to Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street, and downtown South Bend. It's an easy walk to football games, tailgating, or any Notre Dame event.
This vacation rental features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a day bed and trundle bed. There are also two large couches available for additional sleeping space along with a queen air mattress on the first floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances including stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that can accommodate a large gathering for meals.
